• Pavement collapsing around utility manhole covers due to vehicles parking on pavement. Has caused gas cutting out when chamber fills with water. Also gas tap cover has been damaged by grass cutting of the verge and the cover no longer stays in place. Particular hazard during windy conditions when it takes off.
