• Reported last June but was not cleared due to cars parked on top? Several promises to clear but not achieved yet. Today myself and a neighbour dug out most of the drain as risk of flooding and heavy rain due Sunday, tomorrow and because no recent feedback to do job promised. The exit pipe has some soil and tree roots in it that wouldn’t come out. Plugged? Rod used to make at least some exit for rainwater hopefully. Would be grateful for a final clean and more importantly the pipe exit plug removed/jetted?
