There is a manhole with2 piece lid 2 triangular inserts and this is third time of me reporting it it’s eventually going to collapse each time a car /lorry/tractor go over it it makes a double loud bang I am nota well person and the noise 24 hours a day is not fair I cannot sleep with windows open in this weather because of the noise if this is not fixed I will stop paying my rates and take the matter up in court, I have spoken to my solicitor he says this is not acceptable, the last time I reported it you inspected the wrong drain and said it was ok. Today I will hilight it with line paint so you cannot miss it. Mind you if you get to the right one you will hear it. We was walking along the road on Sunday past it and a man was walking a massive dog and a tractor went over it and the drain nearly jumped out the ground with a double bang. The dog bolted pulled out of its collar and nearly got killed on the road just need to sort it out before someone gets so fed up with it and taking the drain out and putting bollards around it the neighbours are really fell up with a banging and the danger one day it will snap the ring underneath because the constant banging is not doing it any good I

At least two planks on a raised platform are rotten and broken. One has been replaced in recent months but I suspect more are at the end of their serviceable life and it’s quite a steep walkway.
