  Dear Cheltenham Customer Relations, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing in relation to a large tree located on the pavement directly outside my property at 32 Midwinter Avenue, GL51 9JF. The tree appears to have caused several issues of concern: * The roots have damaged the pavement outside my home. * They have also impacted my external water cut-off tap. * Additionally, the roots seem to be encroaching into my front garden and are beginning to affect my fence, with the potential to cause further damage to my property. The tree itself is quite tall, and I have noticed several branches that appear weak and at risk of breaking—particularly concerning during periods of high wind, as they could potentially damage my home. I would be grateful if you could confirm whether this tree is the responsibility of the council. If so, I would kindly request that you consider: 1. Inspecting and, if appropriate, cutting back the roots to prevent further damage to my property. 2. Pruning the tree to reduce the risk of falling branches during adverse weather.
