  Gully is completely full of detritus, hence all the road debris is washed down the hill and accumulates in the dip by the Lighthouse at the bottom of the hill. Filling the potholes which makes the road more dangerous to drive

  The gully is full. It has not been emptied since October 2022. All the detritus from potholes now gets washed down the lane and accumulates in the dip by the hydrant marker post and is burrying the hydrant so it can't be accessed if it was needed.Also the outlet to the gully is blocked so with weeks of it last being emptied it was full again and hasn't worked as intended
