• The new surface in harbour road has no drains. As a consequence water collects along many areas along the edge closest to the river. The riverbank is higher than the road and has nowhere to go to. With the winter just around the corner if this problem is not fixed the water will freezek and cause damage to the edge of the road. A solution would be to install drains that emptied into the river.
