• The maple tree on the pavement outside 35 Windermere Road significantly overhangs the drive and in May and June the resinous deposits fall on the car on the drive, necessitating repeated vigorous cleaning and resultant wear to paintwork. Tree needs trimming back to beyond the low wall boundary, please. This issue has become more prevalent recently and we are not aware the tree has been trimmed on the house side since we moved in to the property in 2008.
