The lack of double yellow line on this part of the road means that vehicles often park like the white van pictured. Today this has lead to the bin lorry not being able to access a large proportion of the lane. This would also prevent emergency services accessing the lane too and could ultimately lead to an unnecessary death potentially. It's under 1 year since the double yellow line were first put on the lane and this particular location being missed off is presenting a public safety issue time and time again!
