Water constantly running from driveway of “Little Gidding”on main road through Ebrington. This then flows down the edge of the road to the drain at the corner with Coldicott Leys, eroding the road surface badly and creating water-filled potholes along the way which then splash large quantities of water up onto the pavement every time a vehicle passes. With the colder months approaching this will create a serious hazard with frost and ice. This has been reported numerous times. The drain was repaired on 19 August and is already in very bad condition.

The surface of the Monarch's Way footpath is damaged and unsuitable / dangerous for walkers from Broadwell Hill to Stow -on-the-Wold via Well Lane. t is about 245m end to end but there are certain sections that are deep rutted and fill with water whereas other parts are fairly solid.
