Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9992653.

A hugely rutted section of road surface continuing for several hundred metres. Extremely dangerous for cyclists descending down the hill - with the tree cover providing a lot of shade, it is also very difficult to spot the deeper sections until you are right on top of them
