Branch has split from tree and is hanging partially over the footpath running between Selbourne Avenue and the Blue Lagoon nature area, with the FCC tip on one side and the Network Rail diversity field on the other. This is potentially dangerous, as the branch will come down at some point and that could be when someone is walking underneath.
