Incomplete pavement repairs Fosseway Drive

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council 5 minutes later

Pavement repairs were scheduled for 2016. Minute area ( approx. 20square metres) repaired on last working day of the year.. All pavements are dangerous- we continue to walk in the road for safety. from tripping. ..Please complete original scheduled work to these 55 year old surfaces. Thank You. Barry Peaston

  • No action taken! About 18 months since original report. Recent hand written report to chief officer at Gloucestershire roads produced reply that it "is being monitored" but no action planned. My wife has tripped and fallen headlong on the bad surface. We continue to walk in the road not on the pavement.

  • Hand written letter to Head of Country Roads produced a written reply saying that " the matter was being monitored" He has not monitored these pavements as long as I have.
