Traffic lights on a set pattern

Show reporter’s name

Reported via iOS in the Traffic Lights (permanent only) category anonymously at 13:59, Saturday 22 August 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9987070.

The traffic lights at the Horspath Rd junction seem to be running on a set times pattern, particularly overnight and early morning, rather than reacting to traffic waiting at the lights.

Sometimes you can sit there for 4 minutes waiting for a green light

Council ref: 9987070

Asset ID: F192 - Eastern Bypass - Horspath Rd
