Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9980781.

There are two blocked drains that require clearance before heavy rain stars to come through winter. There is also a large amount of fallen plant matter that requires clearance since the sweepers cannot get up the road. The blockages cause a high flood risk to surrounding properties.
