Manhole cover that had been loose for nearly 4 months

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9980507.

Every time a vehicle goes over the manhole cover on the small roundabout it make a huge noise as it’s been loose for over four months it makes a massive noise when hit can be heard with the windows are shut and we are probably 100 yards from the junction it can be heard all the way through the day and night
