Extremely overgrown cycle path with brambles scratching my face badly this morning while cycling to work up the hill. Who will answer for this?! I reported the same issue multiple times but no action was taken for 3-4 months now. The cycle path is full of leaves and rubbish too. This is disgrace. Is that why I pay extraordinary high council tax for??
