Machine overcharging for Sunday parking

I was charged £20.30 via my payment card to park in the Bucks CC car park today in Old Amersham (Sunday 16 August) whereas the charge should have been £1.30. The screen of the ticket machine was also difficult to read as there seems a fault with the LCD display. I would like to be reimbursed.

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team, an officer will carry out an inspection and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
