I was blocked in and could not get out of my drive all afternoon.

Two cars parked in such a way as to ensure that I could not get out of my drive all afternoon. From before 2pm until about 5pm.

One car was parked over the entrance to my driveway, thereby preventing me getting out (P27 ELG). It was only partially parked in a designated parking space - as can be seen in the photo.

The other car (ND65 TZU) was not at all in a designated parking space and was parked too close to my drive and over the dropped curve area.

Some months ago, the council added lines for areas of parking along my side of the street. When people adhere to this, there are no problems. Today, people ignored them.

There was an event on at the Rugby club. It seems several people complained to the police about obstructive parking. There was a lot of illegal parking.

I also complained to the police (WYP-20260815-0932), but I don't think the police got to my area before the cars left. But please check with them before taking any action.
