Abandoned car partly in carriageway

Abandoned old blue Vauxhall Corsa has been parked partly on verge partly in carriageway a few metres south of the roundabout on Warwick Road. Has been there for well over 2 weeks. Police Aware sign on car. Surprised nobody has run into it by now as it is parked sticking out into the carriageway as you come out of the roundabout. For road safety reasons, can't it be moved to OCC or police compound for owner to reclaim?
