Damage to tarmac footpath outside 29 Warton Lane, Austrey CV9 3EJ.
Reported anonymously at 13:51, Fri 3 March 2017
Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 993744.
The tarmacadam footpath has been torn up by the wheels of heavy goods vehicles which are parking partially upon the footpath whilst waiting to unload and by the same vehicles also indiscriminately driving over the footpath as they access and egress the current residential housing development on the junction of Warton Lane and Newton Lane, Austrey. The damaged footpath now represents a significant trip hazard to vulnerable pedestrians such as children and the elderly.
