The Tree roots are lifting the pavement

Tree roots from this tree outside 52 Stoke Lane are lifting the pavement in 3 main areas. The tarmac is breaking up and I recently helped a lady up after she fell here. It has become significantly worse in the last 6 months. The pavement here is narrow because of the tree, the lifted areas cannot be avoided.
