Pot hole cover by side of the road grass not being cut

There was a pothole which was covered by grass on the side of the road which reduce my view of this. I hit the pothole and pulled in further down the road to which I had to put a spare tire on a spent 135 on a new tyre then when my car went for its mot this pothole has done a lot of damage to the car costing me 1,000 to fix it it ruined my suspension it disorted the wheel and the axel to the car. This happened on the country road going from curbridge to Brize Norton. This is a dangerous pot hole as someone I know punchered two of her tires on it.
