No lighting and smashed window

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9922932.

On the stairwell by the main entrance to the car park (the one that goes up to levels 5 and 9) there is no automatic lighting so when you come home late it feels very dangerous. The glass panels in one of the doors leading to the stairwell entrance has also been smashed.
