Payment machine not taking free hour

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9919580.

The payment machine used to let you put your number plate in for the free hour but it looks like someone has messed up an update as you can't anymore.

Please fix it as there are a lot of parking attendants checking in this car park.
