Garden and entry subsiding

Neighbours drain pours straight into the entry with no gutter beneath and it's been running towards our garden which has now caused the entry and garden to subside. There are rats in the entry using the holes to get in and out of our garden.

    Its a constant problem causing so much damage, there is no available drain and so its causing parts of the alley to subside.

  • The entry is still full of holes and the gutter on the house at the back (which is council owned) still pours water towards our garden which has caused the ground to sink.
