Retaining fence around woodland broken along lane behind Whittle Gardebs and Robson Crescent Alnwick

Reported via mobile in the Wall/Fence/Gate Damage category anonymously at 09:27, Wednesday 5 August 2026

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9900270.

There is an unnamed wide lane behind newbuild houses on the tree lined corner of Whittle Gardens and behind Robson Crescent houses’ back gardens, that is bordered by a woodland owned by NCC council. The woodland of tall trees also borders the back gardens of the Allerburn Lea housing estate on its opposite side. The council boundary fence retaining the trees has been damaged and in some cases has fallen down and needs repairing/replacing. Some tree branches may also have been damaged by the broken fence and may need attending to.
