Overhanging Tree from public pathway

A large tree is overhanging the block and continues to cause issues with the car park gate of Franklin Point where leaves and debris fall from the tree and block the gate track causing it to break down, so we have to continually send out contractors to fix it costing the block unnecessary charges. Please can you arrange to significantly reduce the tree urgently
