Pavement parking

This person has room on their drive to park yet parks here on the corner of Speke Road and cap road. It is sometimes positioned awkwardly and is an obstruction. The people who own this car also park along the sides of camp rd and treat the entrance to the road like a personal car park making it awkward to pass oncoming traffic coming in and out onto the main road. This particular car has been doing this for some months and the general obstructions have been happening for nearly 2 years. People have been patient but it is taking over the end of the road.
