Cars are regularly parking close to the junction

Cars are blocking clear line of vision at the junction , causing multiple near misses over the last year. Kids use this area to cross between the park and the basketball courts, and it's a worry they'll suffer an accident. Can we get some double yellow lines around these junctions?
