Large Lorry parked on the inside of the green on yellow line

Large bin lorry is parked in a restricted zone in the first place and has made it difficult for other vehicles to get past particularly other very large lorries. There are two individuals sitting in this large van ignoring the difficulties they are causing. Other large lorries are having to get on to the pavement to get round and this presents a danger to the public. They were not collecting rubbish, they just sat there for an hour or thereabouts. This is a residential road! not a thoroughfare or parking lot

Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
