  • Useless. No-one from BT responded at all. The pole is still leaning and the lines from it go through the thatch on my house. Obviously they are starting to pull. Will BT pay for repairs to My thatch? I hope so becuause I will chase them if it is damaged.

  • Nothing at all been done about it. The telephone wires actually go through the thatch so if it leans any more and damages it I will not be happy.

  • Still no one contacted me about this. I asked BT to check the line as they had sent me a bill with calls on that I couldn't possibly have made and they said the line was fine. I am concerned about the wires going through my thatch and want to see someone come out and see this and talk to me

    State changed to: Fixed
