I have now reported this matter to the environmental health and they appear to have taken it in hand. The issue is still not resolved as of today

The issue hasn't been sorted on the Road. They stated they couldnt get down and the conservation area is now with the parks and country dept. However I have been and swept the road myself and cleared the rubbish on the conservation area by using gloves and filling up a recycling tub and putting it in to my own black bin. I have photos showing the type of rubbish being dumped

I have reported to Country and Parks dept and I have now cleaned this up myself twice in the past 4 months. Looks like this is something I will have to keep doing as the council seem uninterested in helping
