HGV parked consistently on a junction prohibiting visability both ways. Several children have almost been hit because of this vehicle. It is also parked on the pavement stopping pedestrians accessing safety by walking on the road as they cannot pass this HGV. It's there constantly in a residential area and someone will get hurt. It should be in a lorry park.
