It's back!!! The illegal sign advertising fish has reappeared on the roadside

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 986860.

This illegal sign was recently removed -at last- but had now re appeared. PLEASE inform the offender of their wrongdoing & ask it to be removed permanently.

WHY WHY WHY is this advert STILL illegally sited? PLEASE arrange for the perpetrator to be instructed to remove it.

My experience of getting this fixed ? NOTHING has been done to fix it! WHY ? All it needs is to contact the offender to inform them of their offence & remove it.
