Plants from property garden obstructing part of pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9865642.

The (lovely) plants from the properties garden are growing into the pavement space. Although they are slightly shaped you cannot walk along the left side of the pavement without ducking. Could the plants please be cut back in line with the property border to allow more space on the pavement?
