Graffiti / Overgrown weeds / Broken Glass / Wall Collapsing

This wall of graffiti started around ten years ago. The problem has got persistently worse. In the whole ten years not once has anything ever been cleaned off. Also there is so much overgrowth, and now people have started to litter here. There are broken bottles, all sorts. Children play around this area, this isn't right. Also on one of side part of the wall has collapsed which is completely unsafe. It is such an eyesore and not fair for the people who live in the area who take good care to make their houses look nice. But have to look out their window to see this.
