Fully blocked drain, immediately outside 7 Arley Hill , Cotham, BS6. This causes serious flooding issues further down Arley Hill to the junction with Cheltenham Road. It also causes severe smells and drainage issues backing up to immediate residential properties. This has been reported to council over 15 rover the last two years but absolutely nothing has been done..
