Unauthorised and Obstructive Parking from 3.30pm to 6am and all weekend. This Vehicle is being parked unlawfully in a manner that obstructs access to the private parking bays allocated to properties 5, 7, and 9, preventing residents from accessing or using their designated parking spaces. In addition, vehicles are being parked across the dropped kerb and on the pavement, causing an obstruction to both vehicular and pedestrian access. Such parking constitutes a breach of highway regulations and may interfere with residents’ lawful use and enjoyment of their property.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
