A bollard placed dangerously close to the driveway.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the recent installation of an additional bollard next to my driveway at [Twój Adres]. We have a double driveway accommodating two large vehicles—a post office van and our personal family car. Due to cars regularly parking on the opposite side of the narrow street, turning in and out was already difficult. The new bollard has severely restricted our access, making it almost impossible to safely maneuver out of the driveway when both cars are parked. Furthermore, this new bollard was installed exclusively next to our driveway. Along the rest of the street, the existing bollards are knocked over or damaged and have not been repaired or replaced, yet an extra bollard was specifically added outside our property. This has caused major disruption to our daily routine. My wife is unable to exit the driveway safely under these conditions and has already scratched our vehicle while trying to maneuver past this new obstruction. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the newly installed bollard be removed or repositioned to restore safe access to our property.
