Unholy mess resulting from hedge shredding.
Reported in the Trees & hedges category by Chris Burt at 12:04, Mon 20 February 2017
Sent to East Sussex County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 985121.
The shrubs (hedgerow) alongside Mayhew Way (east side) have recently been shredded by some machine, presumably under contract to the Highway Authority? Debris from this is now scattered all over Blake's Walk, together with branches ripped from trees on this side of the footpath. The fence between the two areas has also been damaged. Vandals couldn't have made a better job!

ESSEX finally replied after 18 days to say it wasn't their responsibility. I forwarded the report to Lewes District Council, but have had no response.

Buck passing between LDC & ESCC has resulted in debris being left to rot.
