Illegally paked van causing obstruction

Van parked right on the corner of a very narrow road, making a lrft trun from livinstone road in to poplar road very hazardous, also on double yellow lines.

  • Vehicles of all descriptions continue to obstruct the junction of Poplar Road and Livingstone Road by inconsiderately parking on double yellow lines and completely blocking the pavement on Poplar road. no improvement has been noticed.
