Contractors garden waste left - FIRE HAZARD

We had contractors turn up to cut back a tree on the green of Ripon Way on Wednesday 15th February. They took some of their cuttings away but we have been left with mounds of tree branches etc on the green, ripe and ready to be set fire to! When more contractors turned up on Friday to cut back the hedges I asked if they were taking the rest of the branches to be told no, the other contractors had to collect. PLEASE can these be collected tomorrow, Monday 20th February.
