Fully Parking on the Pavement
Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 16:26, Sun 19 February 2017
Sent to Aylesbury Vale District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 984486.
The same vehicle ( nissan) is very often parked fully blocking the footpath in the cal- de sac of Leapingwell Lane. Very anti social and thoughtless for others.
Pedestrians, pushchairs, mobility scooters etc can not use. Police ( via Winslow office) have been asked to put a note on windscreen but nothing happens.

The offending car still does it several times a week, all it needs is for an official notice to be put on the cars windscreen and am sure the culprit will stop doing it.

Very poor Police do nothing, BCC and AVDC say not their responsibility, so issue is not resolved and people still can't get past on that footpath.

Still the same and sometimes 2 cars ( same family) park there now. Nobody can get past so have to go in the road or in the case of a mobility scooter he goes around the bloke to fine a way past...a disgrace.

Police do nothing. Local authority do nothing yet it is against the law to park on a pavement !

Cars should be parked on the road NOT on the footpath, causing pedestrians to have to step out or find another way round

This is a job for the Police as it's an offence under law but they do nothing.

Very poor experience the law is being broken yet nothing is done. Roads are for vehicles and the footpath is for pedestrians. Why don't the Police do their duty?
