Approx 50bags of dog poop dumped under laurel bush alongside pavement

Someone is obviously dumping their dog dirt on a very regular basis in this one spot. There is a dog dirt rubbish bin approx 50yds up the road by canal bridge! We regularly litter pick but this is something else entirely.
