Flytipping on bunding at end of road

In the last 48 hours, a large vehicle rear seat (double) has been dumped at the end of Whielden Gate on the bunding, see marker on map. Unfortunately, nobody in Whielden Gate (five properties) has seen anything untoward or witnessed any suspicious vehicles. It needs removing, it would be appreciated if instructions' could be given to clear the offending dumped waste Thank You
