Underneath Railway bridge build up of eyesore, foul smelling and infectious pigeon dirt. Network Rail have allowed the pigeons to roost undeterred. Health concerns with the fouling particularly lung infection.

  • Also the drainage gully at the base of the brick support wall is clogged with the horrendous amount of fouling over the last few years because Nettwork Rail denied responsibility.
