Backlog of traffic in both directions because of the base

Every morning there is a constant back log of traffic from the RAF base due to poorly maintained traffic flow system on and off camp this is constant pain for other road users who are just trying to get to work or do school/holiday club drop off also due to the amount of traffic this has cause some near misses we other road users not going into camp pass the massive queue of traffic and have seen cars coming of the camp nearly hit them because there vision is obstructed because the seat amounting traffic but also some serious accidents in the past because of this reason.

Can the local authorities please liaise with the camp and see if they can do anything to help the ease the flow of traffic off camp for other road users.
