There are further items including a mattress at the entrance from Fairholme Crescent. Also from the entrance at Warley Avenue junk has been dumped in the river at that entrance.
Two workers were there but were not interested as they been told to collect a rat which they couldn't find. There weren't interested in the rubbish.

I received conflicting emails, one said the path is the property of the houses which I believe to be true in that one side of it is and the other side is part of the fields. Then I received an email saying it would be cleared, then when I posted that further flytipping had occurred there I received the standard response that the side of the path belonged to the houses. This is not a case of homeowners throwing rubbish over their back fences. This is continuous flytipping. If I were strong enough I would move it to the side of the path belonging to the fields but I am not.
Surely, this is ridiculous. It's a pity I couldn't meet with the clearance and show exactly where it all is in other areas. Better to remove it while the bushes aren't in the way.

Common sense reigns at last. The oroblem with the path running behind the houses in Fairholme is they give access to their mostly blocked up garages therefore their land. But arguing about who is responsible for keeping them clear is pointless. Flytippers are responsible.
