This vehicle persistently parks illegally on Rutland way opposite no 40 Ls90fb. It's a HGV that parks on the pavement and on a junction. People have to push prams on the road to get around it. It's there everyday and will cause an accident eventually. It sometimes has car wrecks on the back.

Updates

  • Still continues to park on the pavement at a junction. Someone is going to get hurt or worse prams walking on the road is dangeroys! Why are there no yellow lines here???
