Blocked gully in Kidmore Lane

There are two gullies at this location going to a catching dug by the local farm manager in the adjacent field . This area floods in heavy and/or prolonged rain so gullies get covered in silt .One was cleaned and cleared earlier this year but they obviously didn't realise there were two so on 20 April 2026 I cleared up all the silt and marked them up and reported it . The blocked one is still blocked .
